BJP Spokesperson J&K and former deputy Mayor Jammu, Adv Purnima Sharma on Thursday asserted that her Party is committed to satiate people’s hopes on bringing colossal development, addressing security concerns, and ensuring good governance in J&K.
In a statement issued to media persons, the senior BJP leader emphasized on the importance of the upcoming Assembly elections in shaping the future of Jammu and Kashmir while urging the party cadre to focus efforts on securing a decisive victory. She expressed confidence in her party’s ability to fulfill the aspirations of the people and bring about transformative change in the Union Territory.
Citing the ongoing visit of the Election Commission of India (ECI) team to the UT, Purnima said that the aforesaid visit of the poll body delegation has confirmed that the polls will proceed as expected and therefore it is a crucial moment for the party cadre to redouble efforts and ensure that the BJP emerges victorious. “The people have high hopes on the BJP leadership, and it is the bounded duty of every single party worker to fulfill those aspirations to the hilt,” she said adding that a BJP Government in J&K will be instrumental in realizing the dreams and aspirations of the people.
“Party’s focus will be on development, employment, infrastructure, and creating an environment of peace and prosperity,” she said and called on party workers to remain united and work tirelessly in the lead-up to the elections.
“BJP’s strength lies in unity of its cadre and commitment to the cause of the people. Let us approach this election with the determination to win and the vision to transform the UT into a model of growth and progress. We have the experience, the vision, and the dedication to deliver on our promises”, she maintained while reassuring the people her party’s commitment towards upholding their interests.
The former Deputy Mayor also assured that the BJP will continue to work towards a brighter future for the Union Territory. “This election is not just about forming a government rather it is about shaping the future of J&K for generations to come. The BJP is ready to lead the way and ensure that the dreams of our people are turned into reality”, she said.
