Rahul Kumar, senior BJP leader and former Councillor, said that the interim budget presented in the Lok Sabha is going to accelerate the development of the country, which will enable it to become a 5 trillion dollar economy in less than the next three years.
While reacting to the Interim Budget, the senior BJP leader described it as representing the aspirations of a young and developed India.
Praising the interim budget, Rahul Kumar said that the budget is the Ram Rajya budget of the new India, which focuses on the poor, women, youth, and farmers, in which every section of society has been given a gift. He said that the Central Government headed by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is moving forward to fulfill the aspirations of the people along with higher prosperity. He described the budget as promoting self-reliance and entrepreneurship, along with skill development, and said that along with improving the economy, it will also make it possible to create a large number of jobs.
The senior BJP leader elaborated on the government’s commitment to enhancing the well-being of women and children, citing the significant steps taken in the recent budget. Notably, the inclusion of Anganwadi workers and ASHA workers within the purview of the Ayushman Bharat scheme was highlighted as a crucial measure to bolster healthcare accessibility for these essential frontline workers. Additionally, the provision of free cervical cancer vaccination for girls aged 8 to 14 years was underscored as a proactive and commendable initiative aimed at preventing a significant health concern among young girls.
The former councillor emphasized that these strategic inclusions align with the government’s vision for comprehensive and inclusive healthcare, ultimately contributing to the overall improvement of the health outcomes for women and children across the nation.
