A valedictory cum certificate distribution ceremony for the Skill Development Course in Digital Marketing was held today at the Conference Hall of the DC Office, Kishtwar. The ceremony was graced by Ms. Mamta Sudershan, JKAS, Assistant Director/ALC Kishtwar, who extended her congratulations to the candidates for successfully completing the three-month-long training program.
During her address, Ms. Mamta Sudershan emphasized the growing importance of digital marketing in today’s world and encouraged the participants to leverage their newly acquired skills to explore self-employment opportunities and enhance their job prospects. She also took time to engage with the candidates, seeking feedback on their learning experiences and the practical knowledge they gained throughout the course.
The course trainer provided an overview of the curriculum, highlighting the significance of digital skills in the modern job market. He expressed his satisfaction with the enthusiasm and dedication demonstrated by the trainees and wished them success in their future endeavors.
Mr. Vinod Shant, Employment Officer Kishtwar, addressed the gathering and spoke about various government initiatives, including Mission Yuva and Mission Youth, urging participants to take full advantage of these schemes, which are designed to foster youth entrepreneurship and skill development.
The ceremony celebrated the exceptional achievements of the top three performers Ashira Jaan and Masoofa Jaan Malik, who were both appreciated for securing the 1st position.
Numan Raja Malik, who earned the 2nd position, and
Rashid Manzoor, who secured the 3rd position.
A special highlight of the event was the recognition of Numan Raja Malik, who, in addition to his 2nd-place achievement, showcased his creativity by generating an AI video, which captured and described the entire theme of the course from start to finish. This unique project received significant praise for its innovative approach and the thorough understanding it reflected of the course content.
Ms. Mamta Sudershan felicitated the top performers with trophies, motivating them to continue pursuing excellence in their future endeavors.
The ceremony concluded with the distribution of course completion certificates to all participants, symbolizing the successful culmination of their training.
The candidates expressed their sincere gratitude to the District Employment & Counselling Centre, Kishtwar, for organizing the course in collaboration with the training partner, Modern Computer. They commended the program for equipping them with valuable digital skills that would play a key role in shaping their future career paths.
The event marked a significant milestone in empowering the youth of Kishtwar with digital skills, opening doors to brighter career opportunities and contributing to the overall socio-economic development of the region.
