On the death anniversary of the ideological founder of the Bharatiya Janata Party, senior BJP leader and MLA Jammu West, Arvind Gupta, paid heartfelt tribute to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Ji in a solemn ceremony held at his statue in Jammu today. On the occasion, Arvind Gupta, along with party members and supporters, offered floral tributes to honor his legacy and contributions to the nation.
Speaking on the occasion, Arvind Gupta lauded the profound vision of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, whose philosophy of Ekatma Manav Darshan (Integral Humanism) continues to guide the policies of the Bharatiya Janata Party. “Pandit Ji’s vision for Antyodaya—uplifting the last person in the queue—remains the guiding principle of the Modi government. His selfless dedication to the nation and his emphasis on self-reliance and cultural nationalism serve as an inspiration for generations to come,” he said.
The senior BJP leader further stated that the BJP government, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is committed to fulfilling Upadhyay Ji’s dreams by empowering the marginalized sections of society, strengthening the economy, and promoting Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas. “Today, as we remember him, we must pledge to work tirelessly towards his ideals, ensuring that his vision of a self-reliant and strong Bharat is realized,” he added.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from senior BJP functionaries, including District President Rajesh Gupta, Mandal President Kushant Prajapati, and several dedicated party Karyakartas, namely Bhramjoot Satti, Zorawar Singh, Adv. Karan Sharma, Mohit Vaid, Rekha Sharma, Renu Choudhary, Rohit Gupta, Sonu Manhas, and Bunty Choudhary. The program concluded with slogans of unity and patriotism, echoing the enduring influence of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay’s philosophy on the BJP’s governance model.
The attendees resolved to spread his teachings and ensure that his message reaches every corner of society.
