JAMMU: Students of Dogra Higher Secondary School (DHSS) showcased their exceptional talent and knowledge at the recently concluded “Bharat Ko Jano” Quiz Competition (Prant Level) organized by Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP).
The event took place at the Institution of Engineers Auditorium, Channi Himmat, Jammu, where DHSS students triumphed over 15 teams in the Junior Category to secure the prestigious 1st Prize.
The competition was graced by distinguished dignitaries, including Padmashree Prof. Vishwa Murti Sharma and Dr. (Prof.) Lalit Magotra, President of Dogri Sanstha. The esteemed Chief Guest commended the Bharat Vikas Parishad for its efforts in promoting Indian values and nurturing young talent through such initiatives.
Guided by their dedicated mentors, the DHSS team captivated the audience with their profound understanding of Indian heritage, culture, and traditions.
Their stellar performance not only brought laurels to the school at the state level but also qualified them to represent Jammu & Kashmir at the national-level competition to be held in Ferozepur.
The Chairman of Dogra Higher Secondary School, Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak, along with Managing Director Kunwar Gambhir Dev Singh Charak and Principal Devinder Kour, congratulated the students on their remarkable achievement.
