Rich Harvest School organized an enlightening First Aid awareness programme on 11th July, led by Dr. Manpreet Kour and her team from the Indian Red Cross Society. The session aimed to equip the staff members with essential skills and knowledge to provide first aid to injured or unconscious individuals.
Dr. Manpreet Kour emphasized the critical importance of first aid in saving lives, stating, “First aid is of paramount importance in saving precious lives, and everyone should learn the art of giving first aid.” Her team demonstrated various first aid techniques and methodologies, ensuring that the staff members gained a comprehensive understanding of the procedures.
The staff members of Rich Harvest School actively participated in the session, engaging in practical exercises by pretending to be patients and asking pertinent questions. This hands-on approach ensured that they could effectively apply the techniques in real-life situations.
Ms. Anita Bhatia, Head of the Institute, expressed her gratitude to Dr. Manpreet Kour and her team for conducting the valuable session. “We are immensely thankful to Dr. Manpreet and her team for this enlightening and practical session.
