ESIC organises Aadhar Seeding Camp in Jammu

To facilitate the seamless integration and authentication of Aadhaar Numbers for Insured Persons (IPs) and their family members, the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Regional Office in Jammu organized an Aadhar Seeding Camp at Monalisa Stores Private Limited in Digiana, Jammu. The camp attracted hundreds of IPs and their dependents, who eagerly participated to avail themselves of the Aadhar Seeding benefits.
Overseeing the smooth operation of the camp was Regional Director (In-Charge) Sh. Dushyant Pande. He highlighted the importance of such initiatives in fostering a secure and supportive work environment, which ultimately enhances the well-being of employees and their families. By ensuring access to medical care and financial assistance during pivotal life events, these efforts contribute significantly to the overall job satisfaction and productivity of employees. Pande emphasized that the ESI Corporation in Jammu & Kashmir is committed to conducting similar camps regularly in the future. This proactive approach aims to enable employees from various units to capitalize on the benefits offered by the ESI Scheme, thereby enhancing their overall quality of life.
