Ramakrishna Mission Medical Centre, Udheywala, Jammu, is set to organize a comprehensive healthcare initiative by hosting a free urology checkup camp and blood donation camp in association with Govt Medical College Jammu. The event is scheduled to take place on January 20, 2024, Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 3 PM.
Supported by the Vivekananda Philanthropic Centre, USA, the camp aims to provide essential medical services to the community, with a focus on urological health. Dr. Ranjeet Singh Rathore, MS, DNB (Urology), a highly esteemed Urologist, Andrologist, and Laparoscopic Surgeon, will lead the urology checkup camp, offering expert consultations and guidance.
The camp will feature a blood donation drive, encouraging individuals to contribute to this noble cause in collaboration with Govt Medical College Jammu. Donors will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the local blood supply.
In addition to the urology checkup and blood donation camp, the event will offer free health checkups, including blood sugar, HbA1C, and blood pressure measurements. Various medical specialties, including allopathy and ayurvedic physicians, ENT specialists, orthopedic experts, ophthalmologists, dentists, and physiotherapists, will be available to provide consultations and services free of charge.
As a special offer, a full-body checkup comprising 65 parameters will be available at a subsidized rate of Rs 700 only, as opposed to the regular cost of Rs 1400.
