On 26th December, Veer Bal Diwas was solemnly observed at Pathseekers International School to honor the martyrdom of Baba Fateh Singh and Zorawar Singh, the Sahibazadas of 10th Sikh Guru, Guru Govind Singh Ji.
Aligned with the initiative set forth by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Pathseekers led the commemoration of Veer Bal Diwas by organizing a special assembly & also series of activities aimed at enlightening and educating students. These activities were designed to reflect on the remarkable contributions of the ten Sikh gurus and the unwavering sacrifice of the Sikh tradition in safeguarding the honor of the nation.
During the event, S. Bhupinder Singh, Chairman of Pathseekers International School, emphasized the importance of drawing inspiration from the Sahibzadas. Principal of the School Mrs. Manpreet Kaur also highlighted sahibzada’s invaluable contributions toward safeguarding their nation’s values and beliefs.
The commemoration of Veer Bal Diwas stands as a tribute to the bravery, sacrifice, and resilience demonstrated by Baba Fateh Singh and Zorawar Singh, inspiring the present generation to uphold the values of courage and commitment to the nation.
