BLSKS presents 394th musical play “Uncha Rahe Trianga”

To celebrate ‘Vijay Diwas 2023’ & Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan, in coordination with Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment , Government of India, Social Welfare Deptt. J&K Govt. and Sangam Tru Art Production , presented 394th Friday Series Dogri Musical Play “UNCHA RAHE TRIANGA” at S. R. P. Model High School, Bhalwal, Jammu today. The Drug abuse’s pledge was also administered by more than 250 students /teachers by Miss Chahat Chadha and the certificate by the Ministry of Social Justice was presented to the Principal of the Host School. The Musical play was written, produced and directed by Dr.M.L.Dogra , former Regional Director , Song and Drama Division Ministry of Information and Broadcasting , Government of India. The programme was organized to highlights the India ‘s victory over Pakistan in the 1971 war. On this day, we remember and honour the brave soldiers who fought valiantly during the Kargil War of 1999, protecting the sovereignty of our beloved country. The Kargil War was not just a conflict between two nations; it was a test of our nation’s strength, unity, and resilience. The artist & students of Bhartiya lok sangeet kala santhan sung different patriotic songs & dances were presented .The Lyrics of the songs sung were “Uncha Rahe Trianga”, “Mera Bharat Desh hai Sathiyo Sab desho se Payara”, Sarfroshi ki tamana ab humare dil mai hai”, ”Nashe kola Bacho ,special skits prepared on the occasion. The Program was inaugurated by Chief Guest Suresh Chander Sharma , Principal, S. R. P. Model High School, Bhalwal, Jammu. Among the Guest of Honors were Mrs. Sunita Kumari, Vice Principal , Mukesh Singh, Media Person J&K . The artists of BLSks presented theme based songs written by Dr.M.L.Dogra & the music was the composed by Mr.Raju Bajgal, Music Instructor, Blsks.
The program was also recorded & uploaded online on Social Media for benefit of the peoples.
Earlier welcome address of Sh.M.L.Dogra, Chairman, BLSKS said that the whole country is celebrates the day on 16th December, every year. During the war of 1971, about 3,900 Indian soldiers were martyred while 9,851 were injured. After the end of this war, 93,000 Pakistani soldiers surrender . On this day, we remember and salute these brave soldiers for their courage, heroism, and unwavering dedication.
It’s a day to honour those who laid down their lives for the nation, symbolizing selflessness, and love for the country. Their indomitable spirit is an inspiration M.C.Kotwal , Secty, BLSKS said Drug Addiction is emerging to be a serious concern in the country, especially in the younger generation leading to dangerous consequences not just for the person using drugs, but on the family and society at large. Drug abuse has resulted in an increase in crime rate and had an overall detrimental impact on society. Prevention has proven to be the most effective strategy to counter this problem. The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment is the nodal ministry for Drug Demand Reduction in the country and under its interventions it coordinates, implements and monitors several interventions like prevention, assessment of extent of the problem, treatment and rehabilitation of users, after care and follow up, dissemination of information among the public and generation of awareness in the community and also informed to the media the Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan presented every year more than 200 Musical Plays cum awareness Cultural Shows to promote the culture of India and awareness programs on Prevention of Aids ,Water Sanitation, National Integration, Rural Development, Drug Abuse, Cleanliness and Save the girl Child .

The singers ,musician ,actors and students of music and computer institute who performed in the musical play were Usha Handoo, M.C.Kotwal, Raju Bajgal , Rajni Gupta, Bindia Okheda, Chahat Chadha, Rahul Kumar, Rajeev Salotra, , Vandna Gupta, Zulekha Farid, and many others presented the enthralled performance at last of the programe Master Deepak Kumar presented vote of thanks for successful conduction of the program.
