The hearing by a five-judge Constitution Bench on petitions challenging the Presidential Orders nullifying Article 370 of the Constitution and bifurcation of J&K into two UTs is likely to commence next month, a Supreme Court judge said on Wednesday.
The indication came from Justice BR Gavai, who is on the Constitution Bench led by CJI DY Chandrachud.
