The state government is going to start a cruise service in the Jhelum river for tourists in Kashmir. The cruise will run over an area of ​​10 km from Zero Bridge to Chhatbal. This facility will be started under Srinagar Smart City. Tenders have been invited from interested service providers for this.

The government is making many efforts to promote tourism in the Kashmir Valley. In this episode, now cruise service is being started on Jhelum river. With the start of cruise service in the Jhelum river, tourists will also get to experience the heritage of Srinagar city. This will be the first time such a facility is being started in Srinagar city. This will give employment to the local people and provide a new identity to Kashmir on the tourism map.
