‘Hybrid Militant’ Arrested in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal

Police arrested a hybrid terrorist in Ganderbal, Kashmir. A grenade was found in his possession. During interrogation, the terrorist told that he is associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba. Police have registered a case in this regard.

Police had deployed a team in the Khan area on the information of terrorist activity. Meanwhile, the police caught sight of a suspect. Who was asked to stop, but the suspect tried to run away. Finally, the police succeeded in capturing him.

The terrorist gave his name as Arshad Ahmed Mir during interrogation, son of Mohammad Mir, resident of Sahpora Ganderbal. Arshad, along with his brother Latif Ahmed Mir has recruited many other youths in the terrorist organization. The identity of the other persons, who were inspired for recruitment by the hybrid terrorist Arshad, is being ascertained.
