The news is coming that the investigation of two cases of civilian killings in Jammu and Kashmir has been handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). However, no notification has been issued in this regard yet. On the other hand, given the panic spread in the valley due to target killing, the government has prepared a multi-pronged strategy to crush the new conspiracy sponsored by Pakistan. First, to break the network of handlers from across the border, security forces will attack the hybrid terrorists and their aides across the valley.

Such anti-national elements will be removed after searching. Their sympathizers will also be searched in the government department. Sources associated with the security agencies said that as per the strategy, an atmosphere of fear would be created among the target killings and their aides by arresting stone pelters, OGWs and people with criminal backgrounds in the entire valley.

In the recent high-level meeting of security agencies, finalizing the strategy, instructions have been given to control the incidents of target killing effectively. Under this, police have picked up more than a thousand people from South and Central Kashmir while conducting extensive raids. PSA has been imposed on many of these. More than a dozen stone pelters have been sent to jails outside the state on Sunday. A senior police officer said that the priority is to stop the targeted killing and reduce panic among the people.
