CRPF Jammu on Sunday extended relief to a road accident victim by donating blood. “On July 6, 2019, one Mohammad Riyaz, resident of Fatehpur, Rajouri met with a road accident and received serious head injury. He was immediately shifted to the GMC&H Jammu for treatment,” a CRPF spokesperson said. “His well-wishers approached CRPF Helpline ‘Madadgaar’ and requested for two units of blood. Acting on the request, Head Constable Jagdish Chander and Constable Rohit Kaushal of 166 Bn CRPF Jammu came forward and provided relief to Mohd Riyaz by donating blood,” he added. Pertinent to mention here that on one hand CRPF is performing outstandingly on various operational fronts while at the same time, its humane character is always visible.
