Young lawyers call on Chief Justice

JAMMU: Team of Young Lawyers Association, J&K High Court, Jammu today met Chief Justice, Pankaj Mithal, here.

The team comprised of Nitin Bakshi, President Young Lawyers Association, J&K High Court, Jammu, Sarvesh Kotwal, Vice-President, Upasana Thakur, General Secretary and Amzi Arthur John, Cashier. The Association put forth several issues, which need immediate redressal. The delegation stressed that there should be quarterly interaction of bar and bench. He said that parking issues should be resolved as soon as possible and there should be updated library for young lawyers.

President of the Association Nitin Bakshi said that with the appointment of Pankaj Mithal as Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir there is a rising hope that the judicial system of Jammu and Kashmir will work smoothly.
