SAMBA: An interaction-cum-meeting with the next of kins of police martyrs was held at District Police Lines, Samba here.
On the very onset all the martyrs’ family members along with staff visited Martyrs Gallery and paid homage to them. The interaction-cum-meeting was chaired by Chhabil Singh, DySP, DAR Samba and Tilak Raj Bhardwaj, DySP Headquarters Samba which was attended by 13 families of police martyrs of district Samba. All the family members were welcomed by the officers who also enquired about their well being. The grievances put forth by the family members of police martyrs were listened patiently by the officers and they assured them that the Police Department is committed to extend all possible help and support to them.
At the end, refreshment was also served to participants with the assurance that they will be with them in every time of need.
