KALAKOTE: Apni Party leaders and workers today staged a protest demonstration against the district administration Rajouri and PDD officials.
The protest was organized at Mogla Block against the Govt departments for their negligence due to which an 18-year old youth lost his life. The youth was returning back from the cattle shed when he came in contact with the live-wire of electricity which fell on the ground. The youth died on spot, said Apni Party leader Choudhary Tazeem Gujjar. Gujjar alongwith her father Abdul Rashid Goursi and other party workers met family members of the deceased youth and expressed their sympathy.
The Apni Party also staged a protest against the incident which happened because of the irresponsible attitude of the PDD and civil administration in Rajouri District. Demanding stern action against the accused officials, the Apni Party leaders urged the Govt to give compensation and a Govt job to the next of kins of the deceased youth.
He was a class 12 student and the poor parents have lost their grown-up child. The Govt should take serious view about the incident and hold a probe,” demanded Apni Party leaders.
