CPI-M senior leader M Y Tarigami has expressed his concern over stranded J&K residents, including students and laborers. In a statement, he urged the administration to make a database of those, who are stranded outside J&K and take up the matter with the respective state governments so that food, shelter, medicines and other necessary items could be provided to those, who are in desperate need.
