The weatherman has predicted widespread moderate to heavy snowfall in higher reaches of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh for next 12 to 24 hours. As per IMD, there will be significant improvement in weather including visibility in Kashmir from tomorrow onwards. Also, another spell of lesser intensity rain and snowfall is likely during Dec 20 or Dec 21. As of now, heavy rains lashed various parts of Jammu region and snow battered valley and Ladakh.
