Army has been in the forefront to propagate the importance of education among the Awam. In continuation to it, Army conducted tuition classes for students of class IXth and Xth at GHSS, Khari, from 5 Sep to 5 Nov, 2019. The aim of conducting of these tuition classes was to bridge the gap in academic sessions of the local students who witnessed disruptions post Abrogation of Article 370. Approximately 100 students benefitted from these classes which also helped them prepare for forthcoming exams scheduled in Nov 2019, specifically for subjects such as English, Mathematics & Science. With this distinctive initiative, Army has once again touched the societal fabric in an inclusive manner which will not only bring satisfaction and opportunity to the affected individuals but also inspire many others in the region. Initiatives taken by the Army were appreciated by the civil administration and people.
