Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has strongly condemned the brutal murder of a young preteen girl in Budgam, describing the incident as deeply shocking and distressing. The minor girl, who had reportedly gone missing on Saturday, was found dead in a nearby field in Galwanpora village of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Sunday morning.
