Mr. Randhir Singh Jamwal, senior J&K Ranji Trophy player inaugurated three weeks 6th Summer Cricket Coaching Camp for young boys and girls at Parade Ground, Jammu.The camp is being supervised by a senior Ranji Trophy Cricketers. Mr. Harsh Nayyar who is the Chief Organizer. The coaches include Mr. Rohit Bhat, Mrs. Anju Gupta, Mr. Sameer Khajuria and Mr. Vikram Dogra shall be the coaches. Two former Captains of J&K Ranji Trophy, Mr. Sanjay Sharma and S. Kawaljeet Singh along with Mr. Pardeep Bali, Senior Ranji Player shall provide their expertise to the learners. Senior cricketers Mr. Kapil Dev Mahajan, Mr. Pawan Gupta and Adv.Rajesh Jaitly shall be the organizing secretaries, Mr. Vikrant Sharma, Mr. Vikram Singh Bhadwal and Mr. Vikrant shall be the organizers of this camp.Young boys and girls shall be evaluated on the basis of their interest and ability in batting, bowling and wicket-keeping and accordingly they shall be coached. Along with lectures on technicalities of cricket shall be delivered by the senior experienced cricketers of national level.
Fielding and Physical fitness shall be the important event of the camp. The players shall also be taught Yoga and Meditation techniques which are important to concentrate and increase their mental fitness.Routine Medical checkup and required possible lab. investigations shall also be arranged during the camp. Players shall be individually guided for their health status and required diet factors for their physical and mental development. In addition, applied techniques of physiotherapy shall also be detailed by the experts.
Parade Sports Association in collaboration with Laxmi Cricket Club, is organizing this fth Summer Cricket Camp for boys & girls between the age of 12 to 16 years at parade Ground, Jammu from ogth of June 2025 for three weeks to chisel and polish the budding cricketers of Jammu.Mr. Sanjay Sharma, the chief guest speaking on this occasion said that Parade Sports Association is doing great service for the young cricket learners and this type of activities are very helpful in exploring the hidden talent and wished for the success of this camp.
