Group Commander, NCC Brigadier Deepak Sajjanhar, SM is on four day visit to 1 Ladakh Battalion National Cadet Corps (NCC) in Leh.
During his visit, Brigadier Sajjanhar inspected the under construction NCC Training Academy at Phyang and reviewed the ongoing construction progress. He was briefed by the Commanding Officer and Mr. Wasim, Junior Engineer from the Public Works Department (PWD).
Brigadier Sajjanhar emphasized the urgency of completing the ongoing project to Mr Wasim. Brig Sajjanhar will be meeting the Secretary of Youth Services and Sports (YSS) Mr Vikram Malik on 19 July 24 to discuss and expedite the construction process.
Brig Sajjanhar during the four day visit will be interacting with NCC Cadets in EJM College, Leh on 19 July 24. On 20 & 21 July he will be overseeing the conduct of the C cert exam to be conducted in EJM College.
Brig Sajjanhar is also slated to carry out the Annual Inspection of
1 Ladakh Bn. The visit underscores the commitment of the NCC and the Indian Army towards enhancing training facilities and ensuring smooth conduct of training activities.
