348th Martyrs day of Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib celebrated with great religious fervour and gaiety

The 348th Martyrs day (Shahidi Diwas) of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib ji was celebrated with great religious fervour and gaiety at Gurdwara Singh Sabha Sector 14, Guru Nanak Nagar, Jammu on Sunday 17th of December 2023. The programme was organized by Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee under the direct supervision of Shrimaan Mahant Manjeet Singh ji Head priest of Dera Nangali Sahib Poonch.
A large number of devotees participated in the programme to seek the blessings of Great Guru who sacrificed his life for the Humanity and religion. Bhai Lakhvinder Singh Hazoori Ragi Jatha Darbar Sahib Amritsar and Ragi Jathas Bhai Dharamveer Singh, Bhai Ranjeet Singh UP, Bhai Jasvinder Singh and Istri Sat Sang Jatha recited Gurbani Keertan. Besides one day cardiac Awareness cum Free Health check up was also organised by Dr. Sushil Sharma Head of Cardiology Department GMC Jammu alongwith his entire team, which was inaugurated by Shrimaan Mahant Manjeet Singh ji.
Dr. Jaswant Singh, S. Sarwan Singh Sewak and especially Madam Shahin Wani S.P South Jammu spoke on this special occasion.
Shriman Mahant Manjeet Singh ji while speaking on the occasion highlighted the contributions and sacrifice of Great Guru towards community and Humanity.
Dr. Surjit Singh Raina General Secretary on behalf of Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee extended gratitude to Shriman Mahant Manjeet Singh ji, Dr. Sushil Sharma and other dignitaries especially Police Department for providing Security and Media persons, JK Bani and Hond Channel for live coverage.
Guru Ka Langer was also served on this occasion.
