In a commendable display of prompt action and professional dedication, Police Station Billawar successfully traced out missing lady. On 31-07-2025, Bhushan Kumar S/o Punnu Ram R/o Dadwara Tehsil Billawar, District Kathua approached Police Station Billawar with a written complaint regarding the missing of her daughter Vanita Sharma D/o Bhushan Kumar Age 24 years Acting swiftly on the complaint, a missing report was registered vide GD No. 07 dated 31-07-2025. A dedicated police team led by SHO Billawar Insp Zaheer Mushtaq under the supervision of SDPO Billawar Sh Neeraj Padyar was immediately formed to locate the missing girl. The team carried out a comprehensive search operation involving the analysis of CCTV footage, technical surveillance, and local intelligence gathering.
Owing to the persistent efforts and coordinated teamwork of the officers involved, the missing girl was successfully traced. Following all necessary legal formalities, she was handed over to her legal heirs With this, the missing report stands formally closed.
