KATHUA, Dec 5
Deputy Commissioner Kathua Dr. Rakesh Minhas on Thursday convened a meeting here in the conference hall of DC Office Complex to review and finalise arrangements for the JKSSB written examination for the recruitment of JKP Constables (Telecommu-nications). The exam is scheduled to be held on December 8, 2024, from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM, across 32 designated centers in the district.
The DC emphasized the importance of meticulous planning and seamless coordination among all departments to ensure a secure, transparent, and efficient examination process. During the meeting, discussions covered a range of essential arrangements, including the provision of basic amenities such as drinking water, uninterrupted power supply, and proper seating arrangements at all centers. Security protocols were also prioritized, with instructions for stringent entry and frisking procedures to maintain fairness and transparency. To further enhance monitoring, videography of the examination process will be conducted.
Dr. Minhas assigned specific responsibilities to officers, including Designated Superinte-ndents and Observers, to oversee the smooth execution of the examination. He stressed the need for effective collaboration and urged all stakeholders to uphold the credibility and integrity of the recruitment process. Among others, ADC Kathua Ranjit Singh, ASP Kathua, GM DIC and other senior officers, along with the designated examination superintendents and observers were also present.
