Those who claim to make Jammu city smart should once visit wards of Jammu West assembly constituency, the broken streets , open drains and hours of power cut tell the ground reality of smart Jammu , stated by Meenakshi Chhibber,Shiv Sena (UBT) candidate from Jammu West. Meenakshi Chhibber campaigned door-to-door today in the presence of party state chief Manish Sahni. During this, residents of wards 24,25 expressed deep anger towards the previous governments and the current administration due to broken lanes, open drains, power cuts for hours despite smart meters being installed, and lack of matador facilities. Meenakshi promised to make Jammu West the best .
