Dogra Degree College celebrated International Women’s Day with an enlightening extension lecture focusing on women health with special reference to breast and cervical cancer awareness. The event held at the college auditorium, featured Dr. Paras Khanna, MCh Surgical Oncology as the esteemed speaker. The lecture aimed to educate students and staff about the importance of early detection and prevention of these prevalent cancers among women.
Dr. Paras Khanna, a renowned expert in the field of surgical oncology, delivered an insightful presentation highlighting the significance of regular screenings, early detection, and timely treatment of breast and cervical cancer. Aditi Khajuria, Faculty in English, Dogra Degree College, delivered the welcome address, expressing gratitude to Dr. Paras Khanna for sharing his expertise and raising awareness about women’s health.
