Three militants were killed in an ongoing gunfight with the security forces at a village in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, reports said on Friday. The gunfight broke out last evening after the forces launched a search operation in Panjran area of Lassipora, said an official.Three militant bodies have been recovered along with as many weapons so far in the ongoing operation, news agency GNS quoted a senior police officer as having said. The identity of the slain militants is yet to be ascertained, he said, adding that a search operation is on at the site of the gunfight.
