The Department of Management of Dogra Degree College organized Collage Making Competition to mark the National Management Day 2024. The National Management Day is celebrated every year on 21st February 2024 to recognize and celebrate the importance of Management Profession in all spheres of human endeavor. The programme was organized by the Department of Management. Several students participated in the collage making competition wherein they presented the meaning, concept and various aspects of Management as a discipline. Dr. Bela Thakur, Principal, Dogra Degree College was the chief guest of the function. The first prize was bagged by Vishal Verma and Manjot Kaur students of BBA 4th Semester, Harshdeep Singh student of BBA 2nd Semester won the second prize. The third position was secure by Diksha student of BBA 4th Semester. The winners were awarded with the Certificate of Merit. Priyanka Charak students of BBA 4th Semester was awarded with Certificate of Appreciation.
Principal, Dogra Degree College appreciated the students for showing their brilliant creativity in the form of collage based on the theme of Management to celebrate the National Management Day. She also had one to one conversation with students about management as a discipline and made the students aware about the significance of this day and why only this day is celebrated as National Management Day.
The event was organised under the convener ship of Ms. Amanpreet Kaur, Incharge, Department of Management. The faculty members who were present during the event were Mr. Ravinder Kumar, Ms. Sonia Gupta, Ms. Palak Gupta, Ms. Preeti Sharma, Mr. Ashish Singh and Mr. Vishal Singh. The whole programme was conducted under the able supervision of Ms. Amanpreet Kaur, Incharge, Department of Management.
