The Indian Army organized a special programme to celebrate World Hindi Day at Batsiyala in Reasi district on January 10, 2026, with great enthusiasm and a strong sense of patriotism. The event was aimed at promoting the Hindi language and underlining its importance as a powerful medium of expression and a unifying force for the nation. The programme witnessed active participation from Army personnel, local residents and students, making it a vibrant and meaningful celebration of India’s linguistic and cultural heritage.
World Hindi Day is observed to highlight the global presence of Hindi and its role in connecting people across regions and cultures.
