Central Prabhari Officer reviews developmental scenario in Aspirational Block Marwah

The Central Prabhari Officer (CPO) Dr. Ankita Chakravarty on Wednesday reviewed the developmental progress made under the Aspirational Block Programme (ABP) in remote Marwah Block.
Chairing a meeting, the CPO focused on assessing the implementation of the flagship schemes of the Government of India in Aspirational Block Marwah, with special emphasis on ground level impact.
Deputy Commissioner, Pankaj Kumar Sharma apprised the Central Prabhari Officer about the progress achieved in meeting 39 key indicators prescribed under the Aspirational Blocks Programme. The deliberations centered on sector-wise review to evaluate performance and assess the impact of developmental interventions at the grassroots level.
A comprehensive PowerPoint presentation was delivered by the Deputy Commissioner. The presentation highlighted progress on key performance indicators, status of flagship schemes, fund utilization and inter-departmental convergence.
It also showcased achievements in infrastructure development, service delivery, innovation and technology-driven initiatives, while identifying key challenges and priority gaps requiring focused attention. Dr. Ankita Chakravarty appreciated the district administration for adopting a data-driven and outcome-oriented approach. She emphasized the need for regular monitoring, effective convergence among departments and active community participation to ensure inclusive and sustainable development in Aspirational Block Marwah.
She also encouraged the district team to proactively address identified gaps and continue efforts towards achieving measurable and lasting developmental outcomes.
The meeting was attended by ADDC Vinod Kumar Behnal; ADC Pawan Kotwal; PO ICDS Rishi Kumar Sharma; CPO Akhil Thakur; ACD Manoj Kumar; ACP Neeraj Sharma; DSWO Tariq Parveaz Qazi, besides other District Officers and concerned staff.
