The movement for restoring civilian rights in Sainik Colony gained fresh momentum as residents convened the second meeting of their newly formed representative body – Sainik Colony Civilian Residents’ Rights Association (SCCRRA) at the Ram Mandir Complex, Sector D.
The core committee meeting saw leading voices from the colony reaffirming their resolve to end what they called the “dictatorial and unilateral functioning” of the present Sainik Colony Management Committee.
During the meeting, members finalized an action plan to take their concerns to the appropriate authorities. Key decisions included:
