The Zonal Level Kala Utsav 2025 competition was successfully held today at Girls Middle School Kawoosa Narbal under the supervision of the Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) Narbal, Ghulum Mustufa.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of students from both government and private schools of the zone, accompanied by their escort teachers. In his motivational address, ZEO Narbal highlighted the importance of Kala Utsav in nurturing cultural and artistic talents among students. He also elaborated on this year’s theme, “Viksit Bharat”, urging the youth to use such platforms to showcase their creativity and contribute positively to society.
Another teacher, while speaking to the media, praised the participating students and encouraged them to actively engage in co-curricular activities, describing Kala Utsav as a meaningful stage for the holistic development of young minds.
The competition was judged by a panel headed by a senior teacher of Zone Narbal. Results were announced at the end, and toppers in different categories were awarded medals and certificates by the ZEO along with other dignitaries.
Students also expressed gratitude to the Education Department for organizing the programme.
The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks.
