The Akhil Bhartiya Mahajan Phagetra Biradri has expressed immense joy and pride over the appointment of Shri Kavinder Gupta as the new Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh. In a joint media interaction, Biradri President Bharat Chaudhary, General Secretary Pawan Gupta, along with senior members Sudesh Gupta, Raman Gupta, Ashwani Gupta, Suresh Gupta, Ravi Bhushan Gupta, and Joginder Gupta extended heartfelt thanks to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Droupadi Murmu for choosing a distinguished leader from their community for such an esteemed position.
Speaking to the media, Bharat Chaudhary said, “It is a moment of great honor that a respected member of our Biradri, who has previously served as Mayor of Jammu, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, and Deputy Chief Minister, has now been appointed as the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh. This is a source of immense pride for both our community and society.”
He further added that when Shri Kavinder Gupta was taking the oath of office, the entire Biradri watched with pride and reverence. “We felt as if every one of us was being recognized,” he stated.
Chaudhary also announced that the Biradri plans to invite the newly appointed LG to Dati Temple to seek blessings. “Even before becoming LG, Kavinder Ji visited the temple and has always maintained strong ties with our community,” he noted. “He has uplifted the status of our Biradri and will continue to do so in the future.”
