Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) President Sukhbir Singh Badal has announced a fresh round of appointments, including Presidents of the party’s Delhi and Himachal Pradesh units, heads of various organizational wings, and 15 Senior Vice Presidents.
In a statement issued from the party headquarters on Tuesday, former minister Dr Daljit Singh Cheema disclosed that Badal has appointed Parmjit Singh Sarna as President of the Delhi unit and Daljit Singh Bhinder as President of the Himachal Pradesh unit.
Gulzar Singh Ranike has been appointed as President of the Scheduled Castes (SC) Wing, while Hira Singh Gabria will head the Backward Classes (BC) Wing of the party.
In addition to these appointments, 15 Senior Vice Presidents have been named. They include Janmeja Singh Sekhon, Sikander Singh Maluka, Maheshinder Singh Grewal, Dr Daljit Singh Cheema, Sharanjit Singh Dhillon, Bikram Singh Majithia, Gurbachan Singh Babbehali, Lakhvir Singh Lodhinangal, Manjit Singh GK, Gurcharan Singh Grewal, Amarjit Singh Chawla, Parmbans Singh Romana, Balbir Singh Ghunas, Tajinder Singh Middukhera, and Mohit Gupta.
