Caution community members to remain vigilant and not be swayed by self-proclaimed leaders who fail to deliver on their promises

Various Social and other organizations led by President J&K Civil Society Kiran Wattal today condemned Pakistan for ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC) and the international border in Jammu and Kashmir hours after ceasefire agreement. They attribute Pakistan’s continuous ceasefire violations to frustration over Indian security forces killing militants and preventing them from pushing fresh terrorists into Indian territory.Ceasefire violations have been reported in various sectors resulting in casualties and injuries to civilians and security personnel.These incidents highlight the fragile nature of the ceasefire agreement between India and Pakistan. They saluted the exceptional coordination and close liaison between the Army, Navy, and Air Force, which has taught Pakistan a much-needed lesson.They commended the Indian forces for their bravery and strategic planning, which has dealt a significant blow to Pakistan’s proxy war and terrorism.
Organizations attended meeting included Vishwa Kashmiri Samaj, Mata Kheer Bhawani Yatra Welfare Society represented by Ravi Bakshi, Secretary, Secretary, Global Solace Amarnath Ji Yatra Welfare Society by Pintu Ji Pandita, President, All Kashmir Peace Forum by Prem Sharma, Secretary, Sarv Shakti Sena by Rajan Gupta and United Hindu Front represented by Kuldeep Luthra.They welcomed this positive development and hopes that it will lead to a more peaceful and prosperous future for all residents of Jammu and Kashmir.
Kiran Wattal speaking on the occasion said that it would sound quite unbelievable and strange but its true that Sanatan followers of this region are bewildered at the absence of torch bearers of Hinduism. He questioned where are they? Have they deserted their Organization and escaped to a hideaway a safe haven along with their families in the hour of crisis? Where are these leaders whom the people and the Organization reposed their faith and trust in?.
He criticized certain leaders and affluent individuals belonging to social organizations and Sangathan for abandoning the region during times of crisis.
These so called leaders of Sangathan who own hotels and resorts, were accused of fleeing to safer areas, such as hill resorts, when Pakistan launched shelling attacks following the Pahalgam incident. Wattal demanded that the high command investigate the behavior of these leaders and instead promote those who are genuinely committed to serving the public cause.Wattal called for promoting leaders who are genuinely committed to serving the public cause and demonstrating leadership during challenging situations.
