To commemorate the 134th birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the NSS Unit of Dogra Degree College organized a moving and educational documentary screening that celebrated his life, vision, and lasting impact on Indian society.
The event began with a warm welcome address by Heenam Bhagat, Assistant Professor in the Department of History, who reflected on Dr. Ambedkar’s extraordinary contributions to social justice, education, and equality. She emphasized the importance of remembering his legacy in today’s times.
Held under the overall guidance of Dr. Bela Thakur, Principal of Dogra Degree College, the event saw active support from Ms. Simran Thakur, NSS Programme Officer.
