In a grand initiative to celebrate the ongoing Navratri festival, GIEO Gita Sansthanam, Jammu & Kashmir, is set to organize a Vishal Jagran on April 4, 2025, at Mahansa Biradari Ground, Jammu, from 7:30 PM onwards. The event, titled ‘Hindu Sanatan Jagran,’ will feature an enthralling bhajan performance by world-renowned singer Kanhiya Mittal, known for his soulful and devotional renditions that have inspired millions across the country.
To apprise the general public about this auspicious event, a press conference was held today, where GIEO Gita Sansthanam Jammu’s State Convenor Chetan Wanchhoo, along with prominent members Atul Sharma, Ravish Mengi, Ankush Sharma, and Tejas, addressed the media and emphasized the significance of the event in reinforcing spiritual and cultural values within society.
Speaking on the occasion, Chetan Wanchhoo highlighted that Navratri is a time of immense spiritual energy, devotion, and divine blessings. The festival, dedicated to Maa Durga, symbolizes the victory of good over evil and is celebrated with great enthusiasm by devotees across the nation. “The upcoming Hindu Sanatan Jagran will be a sacred occasion for devotees to immerse themselves in devotion and seek the blessings of the Divine Mother,” said Wanchhoo. With the presence of Kanhiya Mittal, whose bhajans resonate with deep spiritual meaning, the event aims to make this night a divine experience for all attendees.
Kanhiya Mittal, a celebrated devotional singer, is widely revered for his bhajans, particularly ‘Jo Ram Ko Laye Hain, Hum Unko Layenge’, which has become a spiritual anthem among devotees. His ability to connect with audiences through his melodious voice and devotion is expected to make the Vishal Jagran a deeply enriching experience for all. “Devotees can expect an evening of divine music, where bhajans and kirtans will create an atmosphere of positivity, devotion, and divine bliss,” added Atul Sharma, one of the key organizers.
