Sohail, Keshav, Sahil releases Navratri Special Devotional Bhajan “Nabha Aali Mata”

In a significant step towards promoting local music and devotional compositions, Senior Journalist Sohail Kazmi, Prominent Social Activist & Chairman of Samvedna Society Keshav Chopra, and BJP Co-Convenor of Sanskriti and Art Culture Cell Sahil Mahajan jointly released the devotional bhajan “Nabha Aali Mata.” The soulful bhajan, dedicated to the divine grace of Mata Nabha Aali, has been sung by Vijay Malhotra, composed by Promo Devi, and features music by Dr. V Kaith. The devotional track has been produced by Dr. Sandeep and directed by K.K. Malhotra. The bhajan was officially launched on the YouTube channel “Vijay Malhotra” simultaneously, allowing devotees and music lovers to experience the melody from anywhere.
Speaking at the event, Sohail Kazmi lauded the entire team behind the bhajan for their efforts in bringing devotional music to the forefront. He emphasized that such initiatives not only serve to enrich the cultural heritage of Jammu & Kashmir but also create opportunities for emerging local artists.
He further noted that the promotion of regional talent is crucial in preserving the rich musical traditions of the Union Territory, inspiring budding artists to explore their potential in devotional and folk music.
Prominent social activist Keshav Chopra extended his heartfelt congratulations to the entire team for their dedication and artistic contribution. He stressed the need for the local community to support and encourage talented individuals from Jammu & Kashmir, enabling them to thrive in the competitive music industry. He highlighted that platforms like YouTube and social media provide an excellent opportunity for artists to showcase their talent to a global audience, and such releases help in keeping the spiritual and cultural essence of the region alive.
Sahil Mahajan, BJP Co-Convenor of Sanskriti and Art Culture Cell, also praised the artists and the production team for their devotion and commitment in creating a melodious tribute to Mata Nabha Aali. He acknowledged the hard work and passion behind the project and assured that he will always stand in support of local artists. Mahajan encouraged all aspiring musicians and singers from J&K to come forward and contribute to the region’s musical and artistic legacy, assuring them of his assistance whenever needed.
The launch event witnessed the presence of several renowned singers and artists, including Nidhi Sharma, Vikas Kumar, Pallavi, Naresh Kumar, Atul Mangotra, and Sahil Dogra, among others. The gathering was filled with enthusiasm and appreciation, as attendees hailed the initiative for not only spreading divine devotion through music but also offering a significant platform for Jammu & Kashmir’s artists to gain recognition.
