Sat Sharma, President, J&K BJP participated in the week-long Shrimad Bhagwat Saptah Katha by Ashok Shastri ji with religious fervour and gaiety.
Week-long Shrimad Bhagwat Saptah started at village Shapur Chakra, Bishnah which was organized by Ex Sarpanch Vijay Saini.
Former MLA Ashwani Sharma, former District President BJP Sunil Dutt Shastri, Padamdev Singh, Sohan Lal Bittu, Prem Sadotra, Satish Bharti, Kuldeep Sodhi, Master Prem Sadotra, Subhash Saini, Jaideep Sambyal and others were amongst the prominent persons present on the occasion. During the religious discourse, Ashok Shastri delivered religious sermons and disseminated the teachings of Shrimad Bhagwat. He prompted the people to follow the pious way of life and to love all the beings of Earth. He said that all worldly things are the source of worries, sufferings and grip the peoples in the activities which lead them to the recycle of birth and death.
Sat Sharma while praising the path shown by the Bhagavata Katha, said that one gets the opportunity to listen to Bhagwat Katha with good fortune that have been earned with good deeds. He thanked Pujya Maharaj Ashok Shastri Ji for his dedication in teaching the people the eternal path to the Almighty. This confluence of divine knowledge and devotion provides purity and peace to the soul, he said
Sat Sharma also distributed blankets to the people on the auspicious occasion.
