In a significant humanitarian initiative, the Indian Army conducted an extensive medical patrol to provide essential healthcare services to the Gujjar and Bakarwal communities in remote villages across Poonch, Rajouri, and Reasi districts. The villages covered under this initiative included Harni, Salani, Thus Kalal, Gunda, Dabrote, and Maniyarwala, where access to medical facilities is often limited due to the nomadic lifestyle of these communities.
The medical patrol, consisting of Army medical personnel, addressed various health concerns and provided necessary treatments to the local population.
