J&K BJP celebrated the 76th R- Day with fervour across the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir

Celebrating the Republic Day with patriotic zeal, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders hoisted the National flag at almost every locality, Chowk and at all the important places. The party workers enjoyed raised patriotic slogans and sang songs, while distributing sweets to mark their happiness on the occasion.
Sat Sharma, CA, President, J&K BJP, General Secretary (organization) Ashok Koul, Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma, former Dy CM Kavinder Gupta, MLA Vikram Randhawa, District President Naresh Singh and other senior leaders of party hoisted the national flag at the party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
At BJP office, Kachi Chawni, Jammu, MP Ghulam Ali Khatana, MLA Arvind Gupta, District President Rajesh Gupta, and other BJP leaders hoisted the National Flag.
At City Chowk, Jammu, MP Jugal Kishore Sharma, MLA & J&K BJP Vice-President Yudhvir Sethi, former Minister Priya Sethi and other BJP leaders hoisted the National Flag.
Sat Sharma greeted the fellow Indians on the fortunate occasion of Republic Day. He said that we are the proud participants of the world’s largest democracy. Enjoying our civil rights with dignity, owing to the Indian Constitution, it is our duty to recognize the efforts of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar in drafting this Constitution as its Chief Architect, he said.
Ashok Koul said that BJP duty-fully hoists the National flag at various places on this special occasion. He appealed to the residents of this great nation to celebrate this festival to uphold the principles of justice, liberty and equality and teach the spirit of patriotism into the younger generation.
Kavinder Gupta said that we have a past of patriots like Maharana Pratap, Shivaji, Guru Gobind Singh, Neta ji, Bhagat Singh, and many others to achieve our complete freedom.
We must honour their sacrifices and be ever ready to save our nation’s integrity, culture, and history, he said.
