SBI RSETI Ramban celebrates Lohri with Tailoring Women trainees

SBI Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) Ramban celebrated Lohri with the trainees of the ongoing Women’s Tailor Training Program, staff and prominent citizens of Ward No. 2 here on the RSETI Campus.
Director S. Harvinder Singh extended warm Lohri greetings, emphasizing the festival’s significance in symbolizing new beginnings, prosperity, and unity. He highlighted RSETI’s dedication to empowering individuals through skill development while fostering a sense of community and cultural pride.
The celebration included traditional Lohri customs such as lighting the bonfire, singing folk songs, and distributing festive treats. The trainees expressed gratitude to RESTI for providing them opportunity to participate in the event, which boosted their confidence and strengthened their sense of belonging.
The festive gathering underscored SBI RSETI Ramban’s commitment to blending skill development with cultural integration to empower rural communities.
