Urges youth to take inspiration from Chaar Sahibzaade & uphold ideals of sacrifice and duty

Vikram Randhawa, senior BJP leader and MLA Bahu Constituency, today took part in the Nagar Kirtan held in connection with the 7-day long Safar E Shahadat. The procession was dedicated to the supreme sacrifice of Sahib Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s four sons (Chaar Sahibzaade) and his mother Mata Gujri, along with all the martyrs who laid down their lives for the cause of truth and justice.
The Nagar Kirtan procession commenced from Gurudwara Sri Guru Angad Dev Sahib Ji, Preet Nagar, and concluded at Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Sahib Ji, Nanak Nagar, Jammu.
The procession was a powerful tribute to the courage and valor exhibited by the Chaar Sahibzaade, whose sacrifices continue to inspire generations.
During the procession, the MLA felicitated the Panj Payaras by presenting Saropas.
Speaking on the occasion, Vikram Randhawa emphasized the bravery and selflessness of the Chaar Sahibzaade, urging people to draw lessons from their sacrifices and incorporate their ideals of courage, righteousness, and service to humanity into their daily lives. He said,
“The sacrifices of the Chaar Sahibzaade are a shining example of valor and commitment to truth. Their legacy should be cherished and celebrated every day, not just on special occasions.”
The senior BJP leader further praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for declaring Veer Bal Diwas in the memory of the Chaar Sahibzaade of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, acknowledging this historic step as a recognition of their unparalleled bravery and martyrdom.
Randhawa also appealed to the youth of Jammu and Kashmir to remain steadfast in their commitment to the values of peace, unity, and love for the nation.
He urged them to take inspiration from the lives of the Chaar Sahibzaade and uphold the ideals of sacrifice and duty towards society.
