As part of the ongoing Good Governance Week activity plan, the District Administration Samba today organized a special workshop and grievances redressal camp at the Tehsil Office Samba, demonstrating its commitment to responsive and citizen-centric governance.
The camp, presided over by the Deputy Commissioner Samba Rajesh Sharma, witnessed active participation from key district officials including the Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR) Samba, Tehsildar Samba and others. The primary focus of the camp was to provide citizens with direct access to administrative authorities and ensure swift resolution of their grievances.
The officials listened to the public grievances and took immediate action where possible, establishing a direct channel of communication between the administration and the public. This initiative aligns with the government’s broader mission to enhance administrative efficiency and transparency at the grassroots level.
“This grievance redressal camp represents our commitment to good governance and citizen-centric administration,” said the Deputy Commissioner. “By bringing government services directly to the people, we aim to create a more responsive and efficient administrative system.”
The workshop is part of a series of initiatives being undertaken during Good Governance Week, reflecting the administration’s dedication to improving public service delivery and addressing citizen concerns promptly.
