Ramakrishna Mission Medical Center commemorated Vishwa Divyang Diwas, also known as the International Day of Persons with Special Abilities.
In this regard, 54 divyang students from the Red Cross Society of Jammu were honored by Ramakrishna Mission Medical Center. The physicians from Ramakrishna Mission performed free health examinations for every student.
Water bottles, a compass box with accessories, Swami Vivekananda’s inspirational books, and refreshments were given to the students.
Swami Yajnadharananda, Secretary of the Ramakrishna Mission, Drs. B. D. Sharma and Shakti Kumar, as well as Red Cross Society Secretary Satish Sharma, are all present at the program.
The kids were encouraged by Swami Yajnadharananda to recognize their unique talents and approach life’s obstacles in a positive way.
