MSME-Development Nucleus Cell, Ladakh organized Exhibition for PM Vishwakarma artisans at Government Polytechnic College Leh during 1st Anniversary of PM Vishwakarma Scheme.
As part of the celebration, a mega event was organized at Wardha, Maharashtra which was graced by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi.
A total of 500 Centres have participated all over India for this event at Wardha, Maharastra which was live telecasted.
Brigadier B.D Mishra (Retd.), Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh inaugurated Exhibition and interacted with the artisans and suggested to make use of the scheme and take part and also contribute in the growth story of Ladakh. G.Velladurai IEDS welcomed the chief Guest for the exhibition and took round to all the stalls which were put up by artisans travelled from various parts of Ladakh.
More than 25 Stalls have been put up by the artisans. At the end of the event, Certificates were issued to the participants of the exhibition. After visiting the stalls in the exhibition Chief participated in the mega event was organized at Wardha, Maharashtra which was also telecasted live from wardha. Ms.Deachen Chuskit and Ms.Tsering Chorol from Ladakh was also participated in the mega event at Wardha Maharastra.
Alongwith Chief guest Dr. Pawan Kotwal, IAS, Advisor to Hon’ble LG, Shri Sanjeev Khirwar, IAS, Principal Secretary Industries, Ms. Padma Angmo, IIS, Commissioner/Secretary (Hr. Edu/Tech. Edu/SW), Sh Santosh Sukhadave IAS, DC, Leh, Sh Mohammad Nazir Sheik JKAS, Direcctor Industries, Ladakh and other dignitaries also visited the exhibition.
