Dr. Parneesh Mahajan, Convenor Department of Training, BJP, J&K, today reaffirmed the unwavering commitment of Modi government to eradicating terrorism from the Jammu region, following the recent security review meeting chaired by Home Minister Amit Shah.
In a statement issued today, Dr. Parneesh expressed his confidence in the government’s strategic and robust measures to tackle terrorism. “The Modi government has demonstrated its determination and capability in eliminating terrorist threats in the Kashmir Valley. We are now focusing our efforts on the Jammu region, and I am confident that we will achieve the same level of success here,” he said.
The high-level security review meeting chaired by the Home Minister in response to the recent terror attack in the Jammu region underscored the government’s proactive stance on national security. Home Minister Amit Shah emphasized the need for heightened vigilance and coordinated efforts among security agencies to prevent further attacks and ensure the safety of citizens.
Dr. Parneesh said “The security review meeting led by Home Minister Amit Shah is a testament to our government’s relentless pursuit of peace and stability in the region. We are committed to providing all necessary resources and support to our security forces to eliminate the terror menace,” he added.
Dr. Parneesh also praised the bravery and dedication of the security forces who have been instrumental in thwarting numerous terror attempts and maintaining peace in the region. “Our forces are the backbone of our fight against terrorism. Their courage and resilience are commendable, and they have our full support and gratitude,” he stated.
The senior BJP leader reiterated the Modi government’s comprehensive approach to counter-terrorism, which includes not only military and intelligence efforts but also socioeconomic initiatives aimed at addressing the root causes of extremism.
“The Central Government is working on a multi-faceted strategy that includes development projects, educational programs, and employment opportunities to bring about lasting peace and prosperity in the region,” he concluded.
